Latest studio news

Hi lovely people!

just wanted to give a quick update on what has been happening in Mountain View Studios lately.

Busy times in 2020 with lots of new projects and amazing artists in the studio. The new album "This Is Me" has been going really well with lots of positive feedback. It's great to hear that people are connecting with some of the songs on a personal level and letting me know about it. I'm going to start a You Tube channel in a few weeks looking at some of the themes in the songs as I feel there is a positive message to get out there to people.

In the studio I've been working with the amazing, talented, beautiful singer Alison Mapleson on some pre production album work. It was such a pleasure to hear her new songs and incredible vocals. I'll put up some of her new work.

Also I got to work with a talented duo David and Brenna recently on some demo work. They are a very talented couple With the band name "Strugs to Funk", these guys from Melbourne are  going places and it was a honour to work with them. Loved working with these guys and hoping to do some more work with them soon. Check out some of their music on Instagram and all good social media.

New Album release!!

This year has been a phenomenal year for Mountain View Studios with a chance to work with some incredible artists but I'm proud to release a new album today called "This Is Me". It's been 2 years in the making but I couldn't be more proud of it. Available on Spotify and iTunes now.

"If You Want Me To"

Hi everyone, I'm pretty excited.
I had some downtime in the studio to record one of my favourite songs by Ginny Owens called "If You Want Me To". This is a beautiful song with powerful lyrics and the only way to record it was to strip everything back to hear the pure message. Ginny Owens is an incredible songwriter singer that I respect so much and is even more inspirational when you find out she is blind. Be sure to check her music out. Hope you like it!!

Re Release of "Forever More" album

Hi everyone,
Today, I've put up the tracks on the website for "Forever More", a worship album that I did back in 2007.

Together with a mate of mine, Russell Hendra, we put together a list of worship songs that we'd written and got together a group of really talented  musicians and singers including Jason Heerah from the recent series of X-Factor,  who did a phenomenal job on drums. It was a great experience including playing at the album launch and I'm really proud of the hard work everyone did and the finished product with some really beautiful worshipful songs to come out of it.

I thought it was time to re release it again after I'd remixed and remastered it. Hope you like it, there is a free download for a week not including 2 of the songs due to copyright.

Let me know what you think

New album out today

Hi everyone, finally the new album "Reinvention Of Reason" is out today. There's a free download for a week only, check it out!
I've down everything on this album including writing and producing all the songs, playing all the instruments, doing all the vocals except for my lovely talented wife who added a few backing vocals, and mixed and mastered the album. I'm super proud of this labor of love and I hope you like it.
